AN ACT expiring funds to the unappropriated balance in the state
fund, general revenue, for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand, in the amount of two
million dollars from the public service commission, fund 8623,
fiscal year 2000, organization 0926.
WHEREAS, The Legislature finds that the account balance in the
public service commission, fund 8623, fiscal year 2000,
organization 0926, will exceed that which is necessary for the
purposes for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, to the
public service commission, fund 8623, fiscal year 2000,
organization 0926, be decreased by expiring the amount of two
million dollars to the unappropriated balance of the state fund,
general revenue, to be available for appropriation during the
fiscal year two thousand.
The purpose of this bill is to expire the sum of two million
dollars from the public service commission, afund 09268623, fiscal year
12000, organization 0926, to tehe unappropriated balance in the state
fund, general revenue, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day
of JuneJune, two thousand , to be available for approprationappropriation during the
fiscal year two thousand2000.

reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 2000.
The purpose of this bill is to supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, by adding one million two hundred seventy-one thousand
dollars to an existing
appropriation for expenditure during the fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
